Supinating Bicep Curls
1. Start in a neutral stance, feet hip width apart. Gip the dumbbells at your sides, palms facing towards each other in a neutral grip
2. Curl the dumbbells up towards your shoulders, rotating your palms so that they are facing your chest at the top of the curl
3. Slowly return the dumbbells to the starting position, rotating your palms back to the starting position.
