Single Leg Calf Raise


1. Stand with one foot on a platform while holding a dumbbell. Having something stable to hold onto with your other hand is useful.

2. Allow your heel to drop down below your toes. This is your starting position

3. Slowly push through your calf onto your tippy toes. Do not not bounce up and down and use momentum.

4. Return to your heel being below your toes
