Skull Crushers


1. Lay on a bench and hold the barbell over your head, grip shoulder width apart

2. Bend at the elbows to lower the bar towards your forehead (do not drop the bar!) keeping your upper arms steady. Your elbows should not move other than to bend

3. Flex your elbows to bring the bar back up.
