Single Arm Dumbbell Row


1. Place one knee and corresponding hand on a bench so that your body is parallel to the floor.

2. Hold the dumbbell with your other hand, palm facing in.

3. Pull the dumbbell up to your side, keeping your elbow tucked in and your torso stable. Squeeze through your shoulder blade.

4. Slowly return the dumbbell back down.
