Incline Bench Curls
1. Sit on an incline bench with one dumbbell in each hand, held at your sides at arms length, palms facing forward and slightly out. Feet can be on the bench or on the ground, as long as you are stable.
2. While keeping your upper arms stationary, curl the weights toward your shoulders. Only your forearms should move.
3. Slowly return the dumbbells down to your sides.
