Dumbbell Lat Pullover

Cues:

1. Lie on a bench and hold the dumbbell between your hands directly over your chest.

2. Keep your elbows tucked in and slightly bent. Lower the weight back behind your head in an arc. You should feel a stretch in your lats.

3. Pull through your lats to bring the dumbbell back to the starting position.
