Barbell Row


1. Grip the barbell with palms facing toward you, feet shoulder width apart. Bend over at the waist, keeping your back straight and letting your arms extend out in front of you, perpendicular to the ground

2. Pull the bar up towards your abdomen, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top

3. Hold for a brief second at the top then slowly return the bar down to the starting position. Do not put the bar on the ground after each rep
