Step Up


1. Start standing in front of a box, platform, or elevated surface

2. Step one foot up onto the box and shift all weight onto the front leg to avoid using your back leg to bounce

3. Push through your leg that is on the box to step up onto the box.

4. Step backwards all the way off the box

Barbell Alternative: if dumbbells get too heavy, use a barbell
