Push Up

1. Start in plank position with hands slightly wider than shoulder width
2. Keeping your body in a straight line, lower your chest towards the ground until your arms are at at least 90 degrees (you can allow your chest to touch the ground if your shoulder mobility is good). Make sure to keep your elbows slightly tucked
3. Push through your chest to return to plank position

Easier modification: knee push ups, incline push ups
