Incline Bench Press

1. Lay on the bench with your feet flat and back slightly arched
2. Keep your shoulder blades retracted and grab the bar just wider than shoulder width. Remove it from the rack and hold it above your head
3. Lower the bar to the top of your chest, making sure to not flare your elbows out past 90 degrees
4. Extend your elbows and push through your chest to push the bar back up.
