Goblet Sumo Squat

1. Grip the dumbbell in front of your chest
2. Stand with your feet wider than hip-width apart, toes pointed out.
3. Bend the knees and the hips to lower into your squat, keeping your knees out so they travel in line with where your toes are pointing
4. Lower all the way down so that your hips are at or below your knees
5. Drive through your quads and glutes back to standing
