Bulgarian Split Squat


1. Stand one step in front of a bench
2. Place one foot on the bench behind you in a split stance position
3. Bend your front knee to lower your body until your front thigh is parallel to the ground, keeping your chest up
4. Drive up through your quad and glute back to an upright position

Dumbbell alternative: hold dumbbells by your side rather than using the bar
