Barbell Squat


1. Stand with the bar on your upper-back, and your feet shoulder-width apart, or a smidge wider

2. Squat down by pushing your knees forward and out (in line with the direction of your toes) while pushing your hips back at the same time

3. Squat down until your hips are at least parallel with your knees (lower if your mobility allows with good form)

4. Squat back up while keeping your knees out and chest up

5. Stand straight in the starting position
